About the role

As a Senior Developer in the Accounts Channels team at SEB, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of SEB’s account administration services and interest rate services. Our solution is in-house developed based on standardized tech stack and technology. You will be a member of a team of talented developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets the needs of our business and customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be a key member of an agile development team.

- Work with our core tech stack: C#, PostgreSQL, OpenShift, GitHub actions, Angular.

- Work in a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.

- Conduct investigations into technical, architectural, and methodological directions, and participate in hands-on development.

- Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills and a passion for leadership and communication.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things, actively seek solutions and find enjoyment in speaking with domain experts in both IT and business.

- Good communication and pedagogical skills, with the ability to present and discuss technical topics effectively.

- Proven experience in C# development and SOLID principles.

- Working experience with agile development practices and CI/CD.

- Enjoy analyzing, presenting, and discussing technical topics.

- Fluency in English.
