Financial Controller to Reledo AB

Reledo is seeking a Financial Controller to join their Finance and Sustainability function, supporting both financial reporting and internal control processes across the Reledo Group. Main Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group. 
• Support consolidation of financial data. 
• Monitor KPIs from both financial and sustainability perspectives. 
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and best practices. 
• Assist with external audits and regulatory compliance. 
• Support implementation of financial systems and process improvements. 
• Participate in onboarding and integration of new acquisitions. 
• Provide support and knowledge sharing for group subsidiaries in financial and sustainability matters.

Experience

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and 2–3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis roles, preferably with exposure to Big 4 firms. Strong Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with consolidation systems such as Aaro and BI tools is a plus. Experience with financial reporting, internal controls and process improvements is highly valued. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, as communication is conducted in both languages.

Personal Attributes

The role requires someone who is highly self-driven and able to take ownership of processes from start to finish. You should be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and able to adapt your priorities accordingly. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are essential. This is a social and collaborative role, where comfort in communicating is key. While some tasks are independent, being proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to engage with colleagues and subsidiaries will greatly enhance team dynamics. A strong interest in systems and process improvement is essential.
