Sally's Bartender - Sheraton Stockholm Hotel

We are looking to build our team for the brand new opening of an exciting bar project run by some of the world’s best bartenders and hospitality experts. Sally’s is an entirely new concept built in the lobby of the fully redeveloped Sheraton Stockholm Hotel, an iconic landmark on the city horizon since 1971. Sally’s is more than a bar - it’s a destination where creativity, atmosphere, and hospitality come together to create unforgettable experiences. We’re looking for bartenders who thrive in vibrant, fast-paced environments and who have a genuine passion for making guests feel welcome and valued.

Headed up by international award-winning bartenders Bobby Hiddleston and Niklas Forslin, this is an opportunity to greatly progress the career of any serious bartender to grow their craft, expand their knowledge of mixology, and contribute to a dynamic team shaping one of Stockholm’s most exciting new bars. We aim to create a welcoming, fun environment for both our guests and our team, with a focus on classic drinks, the highest quality ingredients, and an expansive local and international spirits selection. While previous bar experience and the ability to handle pressure are advantages, the qualities we prize most are warmth, authenticity, and a natural ability to connect with people. Skills can be taught; personality cannot.

• Prepare and serve a variety of curated cocktails, drinks, and beverages to the highest standard
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
• Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service to every guest
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences
• Support the bar’s seasonal and signature cocktail menu with creativity and attention to detail
• Assist with daily bar operations, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the bar area
• Help execute bar events and special promotions
• Follow hotel policies and standards to handle guest requests and resolve issues
• Maintain the bar environment, including music, lighting, and cleanliness, to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-paced bar environment, ideally in a hotel or high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Working hours follow a rotating schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends according to the hotel's needs.
