Your mission at Sitoo

As the Sitoo Office Coordinator you will be one of our most important brand ambassadors, responsible for the overall experience at the Sitoo HQ. You will actively contribute to creating an inviting, creative and productive work environment that makes both your colleagues, customers and partners happy. As a short, you will represent the body and soul of Sitoo.

Your position will include everything from managing the reception desk greeting visitors, coordinating with your office suppliers, organizing company parties and After Works, to making sure the office areas are nice and tidy. You will be our "go-to person", help where needed and handle a wide range of administrative tasks. 

What you will do

• Main contact for all office-related questions, both internal and external.
• Manage the reception and taking care of visitors.
• Assist our management team in daily administrative tasks.
• Make sure the office space is clean and tidy.
• Coordinate and arrange employee activities, such as breakfasts, AW and parties.
• Responsible for mobile subscriptions and certain hardware orders.

 How we work

The Office Coordinator is a core functionality in the Company Administration team together with Finance, HR, Legal and Top Management. Although your responsibilities mainly concern the office space, you will also support other functions in your team, as well as other departments from time to time. This role will work office 08-17:00 on a regular basis, some days 07:30-16:30, some days 09-18:00.
