Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate Senior UX Designer with a strong UI portfolio to join our dynamic SME team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll lead the design of user experiences across digital products, ensuring that users can interact with our products in intuitive and meaningful ways.

Get an idea of the role

As a Senior UX Designer You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, CX, and other designers, to craft seamless, user-centered designs that deliver both business goals and a delightful user experience.

🧭 Shape the product experience by creating personas, journey maps, and clear information architectures.
🔍 Conduct user research & analysis to understand user needs through studies, usability tests, and competitive reviews.

✏️ Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframes and prototypes to polished, cross-platform designs.

🤝 Collaborate closely with developers & stakeholders, ensuring accurate implementation, user advocacy, and alignment with business goals.

🧩 Maintain design systems & mentor designers, driving consistency, quality, and continuous growth within the design team.

✔️Curious & Analytical: You approach problems with curiosity, conducting research and testing to validate your assumptions, and you’re always ready to learn from users.

✔️Experienced: You’ve had 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience, including creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. You’re proficient with design tools like Figma or similar and you’ve had experience working within design systems.

✔️A Natural Leader: You have the ability to lead by example, guiding less experienced team members, and driving design excellence across projects.
