About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Business Analyst to support, analyze, and enhance business processes and system functionalities within the SAP SD and SAP MM modules. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document SCM/logistics business requirements and develop customer story backlogs for SAP initiatives.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA knowledge transfer initiatives for key users, data owners, and management.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, capture feedback, and support ongoing system enhancements.
• Conduct and facilitate stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment and clarity of business needs.
• Define, validate, and optimize end-to-end processes for SCM/logistics operations across multiple plants.
• Contribute to the localization of project documentation, including training materials, test scripts, and process manuals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in logistics and warehouse management processes and SAP systems.
• Participate in process standardization workshops, promoting SAP best practices and out-of-the-box solutions for inventory and logistics management.
• Provide guidance to business users on adopting SAP best practices.
• Collaborate on design decisions regarding integration with non-SAP systems.
• Validate system integrator proposals, participate in testing, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Support supply chain data migration initiatives, offering expertise in master and transaction data.
• Implement best practices for data cleansing, extraction, and migration phases.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience identifying SCM/logistics business requirements and supporting SAP projects.
• Proven expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation and support practices.
• Experience in data migration, master data management, and process standardization.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
