Your Trainee position and your team
Ready to revolutionize how we deliver technology at scale? Join our team in the department of Project Management & Lean Agile Center of Excellence at SEB Group Technology and help us transform our delivery organization through AI and data-driven insights.
We're seeking a passionate individual to pioneer AI-powered solutions that will transform our delivery organization. You'll work at the intersection of data science, AI, and agile delivery practices to revolutionize the way we work.
As a trainee in our team, you will:
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance our core delivery processes including product development framework, portfolio management, and decision processes
• Aim to build a data-driven delivery culture that maximizes flow, throughput, and value delivery across our entire technology organization
Your responsibilities will include:
• Map and implement AI use cases across our delivery organization, focusing on tools and solutions that empower chief scrum masters, chief product owners, program managers and engineering managers to make better, faster decisions
• Design and prototype automation solutions for key delivery processes including our product development framework, Portfolio management, and intake processes
• Build comprehensive KPI frameworks that measure and optimize flow efficiency, throughput, cycle time, and value delivery across teams and portfolios
• Create intelligent dashboards, analytics and advanced simulation capabilities that provide real-time insights into delivery performance, bottlenecks, delivery prognosis and improvement opportunities
• Experiment with generative AI to automate routine tasks like status reporting, risk identification, and dependency mapping
• Collaborate with delivery leaders across divisions to understand pain points and co-create solutions that drive meaningful improvements
• Establish data-driven practices that help teams make evidence-based decisions and continuously improve their delivery capabilities

It will give you the opportunity to develop an extensive network within the bank, gain a deep understanding of the financial industry and be professionally and personally challenged.
As part of the programme, you can expect to: contribute to meaningful projects, work on communication and leadership skills, do rotations in other teams across the bank, participate in a business challenge and do an international internship at another SEB site in the world.
