IT Specialist | AFRY

Job Description

Are you passionate about bringing structure to complex projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? We’re looking for a proactive and organized person to join our team as an ERP Project Stream Lead, acting as the key link between our ERP project team and IT.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the ERP project and IT team
• Ensure project tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and completed on time
• Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and help remove roadblocks
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
• Support and ensure documentation, testing coordination, and change management
• Help translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree or higher
• At least 5 years experience in project coordination, IT, or ERP-related roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Financial processes and IT processes is a plus
• Fluent English, good Finnish and Swedish is an advantage
