We are looking for you

At Clevry, we are now searching for a Global Spare Part Sales Support for our client Normet in Iisalmi, Finland. This is a full-time and permanent position, where you will be employed directly by Normet. The role offers flexible hybrid work possibilities, with the expectation to work on-site in Iisalmi at least two days per week.

In this role, you will be part of an international team responsible for global spare part sales order handling, technical and commercial support, and end-to-end order management. You will collaborate closely with sales colleagues and partners across the world — ensuring smooth deliveries, high customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in a truly global environment.

This position gives you a front-row seat to the future of sustainable underground mining, where you’ll be supporting cutting-edge technologies such as battery-electric vehicles, digitalization, and autonomous operations.

Main responsibilities

• Handle global spare part sales orders and create order confirmations

• Monitor material deliveries and ensure on-time performance

• Coordinate transport and expediting activities, including rush and machine-down cases

• Support customer- and region-specific documentation and delivery needs

• Collaborate across departments: service purchasing, inventory control, finance, and quality

• Contribute to process improvements and transport cost-saving initiatives

• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support

We expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering — or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in sales support, item support, or logistics in an international setting

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand technical and logistical connections

• Customer-centric attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and focus

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across global teams

• Independent, systematic, and results-oriented working style

• Fluency in English (Finnish is considered an advantage)
