Mobile Developer to Walley!

Team MyWalley is looking for a developer who wants to work on a product used by millions, together with a self-organizing, low-ego team. You’ll help shape the future of e-commerce together with some of the Nordics’ biggest brands — working data-driven and accessibility-first (EU Web Accessibility Directive / WCAG 2.1).

What You’ll Do

• Work in Swift and Kotlin hybrid apps with our embedded web app
• Ensure our embedded web app communicates and uses native functionality in a good way where needed (biometrics, push notifications)
• Take a lead on, improve, and tweak our App Store integrations (Apple App Store and Google Play Store)
• Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams to deliver the best possible user experience
• Optimize for security, performance, and scalability
• Influence technical solutions and product direction
• Ship multiple times per week with high quality
• Deliver value to both our users and Walley as a business

Who You Are

You’re an experienced mobile developer with a strong product mindset and passion for delivering great user experiences. You’re pragmatic, curious, and enjoy working closely with design and product — always striving for clean, maintainable code.

You likely have:

• 5+ years of experience in modern mobile development (Kotlin and/or Swift)
• Expertise in either Swift or Kotlin, with solid knowledge of the other
• Experience shipping consumer products at scale
• Skills in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
• Comfort working closely with UX and design tools (Figma)
• Strong product sense and pragmatic technical decision-making
• Appreciation for pairing, unit tests, and code reviews
