IT Service Lead to Bonava

This is a role where structure meets collaboration – you’ll connect IT and Finance to ensure that systems run smoothly, budgets stay on track and improvements are continuously made, while maintaining strong partnerships with our vendors. You will have a key voice in how Bonava’s digital finance landscape evolves, ensuring our core business platforms remain reliable and compliant.

About the Role

As IT Service Lead, you will be part of Bonava’s Group IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery. You’ll work closely with colleagues across IT, Finance and Business Units to ensure that services meet agreed performance levels (SLAs), comply with governance requirements and follow industry best practices.

You will take ownership of the finance systems area, including applications such as Anaplan and Unit4 Business World, overseeing vendor management, budgeting and cost control. As Finance is one of Bonava’s key focus areas for digitalisation, this role plays an important part in supporting that journey. The position is based in central Stockholm, offering a hybrid work model combining office presence with flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient IT service delivery for the finance systems landscape
• Monitor SLAs and manage incidents, problems and changes
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and supplier audits within your area
• Maintain documentation, license management and compliance activities
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the main contact for external partners
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices (such as ITIL)
• Support the Finance function and other stakeholders in digitalisation initiatives

What You Bring

• Experience in IT Service Delivery or Application Management
• Background in Finance systems (Anaplan and/or Unit4 Business World is a plus)
• Experience and/or strong knowledge of vendor and SLA management, budgeting and governance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)
• Structured, proactive and customer-oriented mindset
