Workforce Manager to Workforce Management & Process team | SEB Kort, Solna

About the role:

To adapt to the changing industry, meet customer expectations and the strategic agenda we´re on a transformation journey and are now looking for a Workforce Manager to join Team WFM & Process. The team currently handles scheduling and forecasting for our 1st line, real-time optimization, process optimizations and improvements. As a Workforce Manager you will be responsible for the telephony architecture in SEB Kort. In this role, you will have close collaboration with others in WFM & Process and other telephone responsible in SEB Group in order to optimize accessibility in our various channels.

 

Your overall responsibility will be (but not limited to)

·       Telephony architecture in SEB Kort

·       Develop and deliver data-driven analyses for leadership and key stakeholders

·       Communication with stakeholders

·       Workforce Management related tasks such as scheduling and real time optimization

 

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have great personal drive, the ability to switch between small details and large overall issues, that you can put yourself in the perspective of the customer, the employee and SEB Kort. You enjoy clear routine tasks as well as quickly throwing yourself into a new project and quickly coming to a decision. You are a good communicator and you should have experience working in Excel and Calabrio. We see that you have previous experience of working in a contact center.

 

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented

• Great communications skills in a Nordic language and English, both oral and in writing.
