We are on a mission to take the smart factory to the field where we will digitize industrial assembly processes and become the global leader in Smart bolting solutions, with our range of hydraulic torque, bolt tensioning, and continuous rotation tools.

We’re launching our exciting new Smart Tensioner platform, and we need a bold, energetic Product Manager to take the lead. If you thrive on driving change, disrupting markets, and delivering results fast—while shaping long-term strategy—this is your moment.

Your Mission

You’ll own and grow our hydraulic bolt tensioning portfolio—from conventional systems including our customised solutions, to cutting-edge smart and automated solutions. You’ll lead global product launches, shape go-to-market strategies, and work closely with customers, sales teams, and R&D to build a powerful ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the bolt tensioning product portfolio
• Lead global product launches and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with R&D teams in the UK and Sweden
• Create value-driven sales tools and training programs
• Drive digital transformation and software integration
• Partner with suppliers to expand our bolting offering
• Support customer centers with strategic business planning
• Strengthen our global market presence and brand visibility
• Ensure ethical compliance and uphold corporate values

What You Bring

• Proven experience in product management, marketing, or sales
• Strong technical mindset with sharp business acumen
• Background in industrial tooling or energy sector preferred
• Confident communicator and hands-on problem solver
• Skilled in product demonstrations and customer engagement
• Passion for innovation, speed, and strategic impact

 Location & Travel

Base: Wolverhampton, UK or Nacka, Stockholm Global travel required to connect with teams, customers, and markets.
