We are looking for our next Sales & Account Manager to join our Client management & Operations team. We are a small team that has the overall responsibility for managing our Banking as a Service clients end to end. You will be targeting and managing clients all the way from prospecting, sales and negotiations, through a successful on-boarding to our services as well as governance throughout the customer life-cycle. 

What you will do

As a Sales & Account Manager your main responsibilities will evolve over time, but for now it will include:

Sales and prospecting:

  • Sales prospecting and targeting new clients including sales pitches and facilitation of solution design sessions
  • Coordination and creation of written proposals as well as business case analysis
  • Facilitating and driving negotiations and deals end to end all the way to a signed agreement

    Account management:

    • Be the main responsible for the relationship for a couple of clients. Form a team with a Customer Success manager to provide excellent support
    • Responsible for life-cycle management and governance
    • Continuously cross-sell/up-sell with current customers
    • Managing administrative task such as invoicing, reporting and contract management


      You will also contribute and continuously develop the capabilities needed to scale and as well as evaluate the efficient ways of working together with the rest of the team.

      Who you are
      • 5 years relevant experience within sales and/or account management
      • Great technical understanding with an experience of B2B, working with complex sales of financial and/or tech- solutions and services
      • Experience from a regulated business, preferably banking and/or financial institution is a plus
      • Experience from negotiations with mid/large corporations and including C-level management
      • A natural born networker with high energy and a fast learner
      • Strong relationship and communications skills with the gift of building trust and impact
      • Excellent project and time management skills, where you are well organized and always strive to see the big picture as well as those small important details
      • Strong business acumen with great presentation and negotiation skills
      • Strong analytical skills required for financial and market analysis
      • Showcase of persistence in prospect/customer interaction and sales achievements
