ICT Governance Manager

Join the exciting journey at NOBA Bank Group! We're seeking an ICT Governance Manager to enrich our Cyber Security function. In this unique opportunity you will engage in the entire value chain, from regulatory compliance to the implementation and reporting of controls. You will be establishing a robust ICT governance framework with a focus on driving continuous improvement and best practices, while working across team and departmental boundaries. This position is based in Stockholm.

About the role

As the ICT Governance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective IT governance framework to support the organization's strategic goals and objectives. You will act as a liaison between Tech and other corporate functions such as Risk Control, Compliance and Legal to collect evidence that the implemented controls are working as expected and propose improvements where necessary.

The position will also participate in internal and external audits. The ICT Governance Manager will collaborate closely with Compliance and Legal to assess the impact of any new regulations and laws and assist in the development of implementation plans to be compliant with changing regulations.

The role reports to the CISO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ICT risk and control repository across Product & Tech.
• Support in processes to identify, quantify and document ICT risks.
• Support in follow up and documentation of existing controls and propose changes to improve their effectiveness where necessary.
• Support in identifying, formulating, and documenting additional controls that are effective and efficient in mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with Tech leaders and business units to understand their objectives and ensure alignment with ICT governance practices.
• Maintain overview of steering documents, support stakeholders in keeping documentation up to date across Product & Tech.
• Support stakeholders during audits and other external controls.
• Collaborate with other NOBA departments to ensure that regulatory and legal requirements are met and develop plans for upcoming changes.

We believe you have:

• 2-5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management or compliance roles, in a financial services or banking environment.
• Familiarity with regulations such as ICFR, EBA, DORA, GDPR.
• Strong interest in Cloud technology (Microsoft Azure).

Other qualifications that are good to have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in 1st or 2nd line security, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
• Familiarity with cyber security frameworks like NIST and CIS Top 18.
