Role overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Designer/ Hospital Workflow Expert – Sterile Reprocessing (m/f/d) for our Hospital Engineering team.

In this role you will work in projects around planning of medical equipment for healthcare facilities with the main focus on the reprocessing of surgical instruments. The position can be located at our site in Getinge, Sweden or Rastatt, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and processes
• Develop layouts for sterile reprocessing departments
• Present concepts to customers
• Creation of CAD drawings and presentation material with Autodesk Revit
• Project documentation and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• Experience in Hospital planning or process consulting or factory planning
• Autodesk Revit, Autocad or other design software
• Good presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Swedish or German are a plus
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint

Travel

To help meet our goals of becoming CO2 neutral by 2025, we travel only if we must. In this role, you will however be required to travel to visit customers, other offices, and to support the sales process domestically and internationally as and when needed.
