Service Asset and Configuration Management Lead

Assignment description:
The role includes taking a leading position in how and which way we will work with SACM processes in the delivery and within the client Internally.

Work assignment include:
• Take responsibility of the SACM plan and process to ensure we are supporting the business,
• Drive improvements for the SACM process and the CMDB together with several stakeholders internally.
• Ensure process activities are performed as planned
• Monitor activities and process performance
• Identifying and managing improvement initiatives
• Work in projects to implement CMDB solutions

Working Language: Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish and English
