After Sales Coordinator

What you’ll do:

We’re looking for a structured and driven After Sales Coordinator to join our EMEA Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth after sales operations — from processing claims and returns to coordinating spare parts and refurbished stock — supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our partners and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Issue and create credits for our customers in EMEA
• Be in tight dialogue with our reparation centers in EMEA
• Operations coordination in terms of credits, refurbished stock and reparation centers
• Make sure claims and credit processes are being followed according to the monthly, quarterly and yearly deadlines
• Make sure our integration with Xpos and other ERP’s are running smoothly
• Handle spare part orders, lists and reports to Finance

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar role within Operations, Supply Chain or After Sales, or relevant academic background
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• System experience with an ERP (Navision, SAP or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
