Project Developer - Grid Scale Batteries (DACH)

⚡️About the role.

We are currently seeking a Project Developer to join our team who will be responsible for working on Grid-Scale Battery projects in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will become a part of our highly motivated and dedicated international team that plays a crucial role in expanding our business.

You will work on establishing Flower in the DACH energy sector and learn about power systems and BESS project development in the region. For each project, you will oversee different stages such as identifying grid connections and landowners for grid-scale batteries, obtaining building permits, and complying with market regulations. As part of project management, maintaining dialogue and negotiation with stakeholders is essential.

The following are some important tasks that need to be carried out to ensure the smooth execution of projects and FLOWER's growth: 

- Maintaining and adhering to the best practices of project execution and related work.
- Continuously working on internal and external structural and strategic improvements.
- Reporting promptly on project progress and performance.
- Keeping up with industry knowledge on relevant wider issues and representations within the power sector.
- Identifying new opportunities and ideas for FLOWER in the DACH energy market.
- Ensuring internal communication and cooperation with other teams.
- The role may involve business travel.

Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required. Knowledge of the French Language is a merit.

Also, it is a plus, but not a must, if you have:

• Experience and/or education within the energy sector.
• Experience in project development and/or project management.
• Previous involvement in infrastructure projects, preferably within energy.

📍Location

We love to see each other in the office and we would like you to be able to work from the office most of the time but we are flexible with remote work occasionally. Our office is located at Söder Mälarstrand 21, a couple of minutes walk from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
