Cloud Business Strategist to Group CIO Strategic Initiatives at SEB in Stockholm

As a Cloud Business Strategist, you will get the opportunity to play a key role in SEB´s cloud transformation.

What you will be doing

In this role you will be a part of Group CIO Strategic Initiatives, a recently formed team within Group CIO that includes Open Banking and Cloud Strategy. It is a fast-paced collaborative environment working in the forefront of technology and financial solutions that will expose you to people and functions all over the bank. Your focus in the role will be to drive the strategic cloud transformation and will function as a visionary and set the agenda for the bank's continued direction. This is a new role at SEB which gives you the opportunity to shape the role and the way forward. You will have a great deal of responsibility and must rely on your ability to drive the transformation forward. As you will have an overall responsibility for the strategic work, you will collaborate with many different stakeholders within the bank, and it is important that you are a strong networker that easily builds relationships of trust. You will work with SEB’s Cloud Transformation Initiative and be part of the initiative’s leadership.

Who we are looking for

You have previous experience of a strategic role working with bigger transformations at a large organization. You have extensive experience working with cloud and have the ability to set an agenda and drive the transformation forward. As a person, you thrive in a role where you have several contact points, you are communicative and not afraid to express your opinions and lead the way. In addition to that, it is required that you are determined, focused on delivering and driving towards results and success. As a person, you have an agile mindset and are not afraid of challenges. You thrive in an innovative environment with a constant focus on change and improvement.
