YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As the Head of Digitalization at Elvaco, you will have a central role and work closely with our different departments leading IT initiatives and developing our IT environment. Your main responsibilities will include the development, ownership, and implementation of the IT roadmap. Our IT environment is fully outsourced and run together with different collaborating partners where it´s your responsibility to maintain and develop these relationships and ensure that requirements are fulfilled. You will also manage internal digitalization projects and be the primary contact person for daily IT-related inquiries at the offices where you will have the authority to independently solve problems and meet the needs regarding to IT. You will also work closely with our R&D department where we are building a cloudbased platform that our customers are using.
Right now we are enhancing our IT-Security and implementing ISO:2700:1 and you will in this role proceed with this work and ensure that the company follow the security policies in accordance with Latour security guidelines.
You will report directly to CEO David Vonasek.
WHO YOU ARE
To thrive and succeed in this role you should have a solid experience in the IT field and be well-versed in driving digitalization projects. You should also have a strong technical competence and understanding of different IT environments and architecture to develop and execute an IT roadmap. Previous experience of working with custom-developed platforms, cloud services and outsourced IT environment is advantageous.
We are looking for a curious, driven, and independent individual with the ability to take initiative and deliver results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also important for helping our users in their everyday IT issues. You should be prestigeless, communicative, and able to collaborate effectively both internally and externally, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and making sure requirement needs are being fulfilled. You are fluent both orally and written in Swedish and English.
