Developer (Jira + Atlassian)

Assignment description:

We are currently in search of a highly skilled Jira Developer and Atlassian Engineer. 

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around enhancing our project management practices. You will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions using the suite of Atlassian tools. By leveraging your expertise, you will play a vital role in streamlining workflows, customizing configurations, and creating automation rules to ensure seamless project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and design customized solutions using Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Optimize project management processes by developing and maintaining workflows, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure efficient utilization of Atlassian tools throughout the organization.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to Jira and Atlassian tools.

Competence Requirements:

• 5 year experience and proficiency in Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools, their capabilities, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze and optimize project management processes and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred (not required):

• Familiarity with OpsGenie or other related tools.
