About the role:

You will be part of the company from the early days and will be part of building and scaling the company, the team, and yourself. Initially you will have a broad scope of responsibilities with focus on establishing and scale the project development team and build our large-scale project development capabilities in Sweden, and gradually in the other Nordics countries with focus on hands-on work leveraging your experience, leadership and business acumen.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Project Development team.
• Recruit, maintain and scale a leading project development team in the Nordic market.
• Take a leading role in in building a great company with an extraordinary team and a winning culture.
• Make things happen, either by yourself, via the team or partners/subcontractors/consultants - the success of our project portfolio is in your hands.
• Manage procurement of consultants and/or subcontractors.
• Lead commercial negotiations with partners, suppliers, consultants and subcontractors in the field of project development.
• Take part in M&A and transaction processes as well as initiations of strategic partnerships by adding technical project development perspectives to the conversations.
• Take part in the market expansion in the Nordics and beyond.

You will either be located in one of our offices in Malmö or Gothenburg or you will work remote from your desired location.

About you:

You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach, yet strategic, commercial and leadership experience will be key success factors in your role. The company’s success will depend on your ability to come up with and transform ambitious ideas into real impact.

We are looking for you who have:

• Proven track record of project development in the renewables industry (solar, wind, storage, hydrogen, efuels, industrial or other technology).
• Practical experience from strong growth journeys and scaling up teams and/or companies.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience from management positions/roles.
• Strong commercial competence and skills.
• Experience from procurement including subcontractors / consultants in the field of project development.
• Experience from M&A, commercial negotiations and transactions is meritorious.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one other Nordic language.

About LandInfra: 

LandInfra Energy is a project developer with focus on renewable energy systems in the Nordics and beyond including both generation and consumption assets with five main business areas:

• Large scale solar
• Onshore wind
• Offshore wind
• Energy storage
• Hydrogen, eFuels and industrial projects

The business model includes greenfield and brownfield project development in close collaboration and partnerships with landowners, investors and industrial actors. The project portfolio consists of roughly 4 GW of renewable energy projects in early stage in the Nordics.

The company was founded in 2022 upon 20 years of experience within renewables in the Nordics. The team is continuously growing, and we have the ambition to be around 15 people in the coming 12-18 months. LandInfra is set to be a new generation of renewable energy development company in the Nordic market and beyond.

Position Head of Project Development: Location Malmö, Gothenburg or remote

Form of employment: Full-time employment

Compensation scheme: Monthly Salary and potential to be part of stock option program in the company
