Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Engineering, University of Engineering, or other technical SW education
• No fixed number of years of work experience, as we value your knowledge and relevant experience
• Open and flexible to work in our customers' environments, methodologies, tools, and languages as assignments may vary
• Knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C/C++, or Simulink
• Meritorious: Agile development methodology, Scrum, and Kanban

Personality

• Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Responsible, structured, and determined to deliver towards set goals
• Social and communicative, open and clear with colleagues, and a productive problem solver
• Responsive and helpful, acquiring new knowledge from your surroundings and colleagues, and willing to share your own expertise
