Lånehandläggare

Som Lånehandläggare på Advisa hjälper du befintliga kunder med deras lånesituation över telefon. Du kontaktar endast kunder som tidigare använt sig av våra tjänster vid något tidigare tillfälle.

Du kartlägger och analyserar kundens ekonomiska situation med målet att hjälpa dem sänka sina befintliga lånekostnader genom vår kostnadsfria jämförelsetjänst.

Förutom att hjälpa kunderna med deras privatekonomi kommer du dagligen arbeta för att optimera varje kunds serviceupplevelse tillsammans med ett härligt och peppande team.

Till din dagliga hjälp har du förutom stöttande kollegor även mycket coachning och stöd från din närmaste chef. Din första tid kommer att vara intensiv där du genomgår interna utbildningar med personlig coaching som leder till att du blir en diplomerad Lånehandläggare inom lån, krediter och kreditbedömning.

För att trivas i rollen som Lånehandläggare är du en person som:

• Drivs av utmaningar och att arbeta mot högt uppsatta mål.

• Är prestigelös och trivs med att arbeta i ett tight och öppensinnat gäng.

Omfattning & Ersättning

• Heltid: 40 timmar/vecka. Mån - Fre.
• Kontor vid Östermalms IP
• 6 veckors betald semester
• Friskvårdsbidrag 6000 kr/år
• Ersättningsmodell är valbar. Antingen Fast del + provision, eller endast provision.
