Marketing Lead at Clevry

We are now looking for a Marketing Lead (Growth Lead) to build a predictable revenue engine and position Marketing as a true revenue partner.
Your role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the entire marketing function - from strategy and positioning to campaign execution and pipeline acceleration. You’ll lead a lean, senior team supported by external partners, aligning closely with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver measurable growth.
This role combines strategic leadership (50%) with hands-on execution and team leadership (50%).
Responsibilities
50% Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop, execute, and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
- Create and communicate a monthly plan to deliver predictable results, avoiding ad-hoc disruption.
- Drive alignment with Sales, Success, Product, and Executive leadership to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
- Establish and report on shared KPIs, ROI and dashboards to leadership.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Define and govern Clevry’s core positioning and messaging across website, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with Product on go-to-market strategies for new features.
50% Hands-On Execution & Team Leadership
- Refine core messaging, review critical content, and ensure brand consistency.
- Mentor internal team members and external providers, fostering a high-performance culture. This include setting milestones, creating projects and breaking it down into concrete work for the team.
- Lead execution of flagship campaigns, events, ABM programs, and thought leadership.
- Actively participate in campaign and channel execution, ensuring quality and impact.
Goals & Guiding Principles
- Establish Marketing as a strategic revenue partner, not a cost center.
- Drive growth through pipeline acceleration and ABM, not just lead volume.
- Strengthen collaboration with Sales and Success through shared CRM and revenue targets.
- Increase focus on sales enablement and partner marketing as major future ARR drivers.
- Build predictable, measurable impact on Clevry’s ARR growth journey towards €20M ARR.
About you
- Experience leading Marketing in SaaS.
- Strong track record in events, demand generation, ABM, organic, and sales enablement.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to tie marketing directly to revenue growth.
- Skilled at both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
