Public Cloud Engagement Architect

As a Public Cloud Engagement Architect, you’ll be at the heart of our customers’ cloud journeys, helping them unlock the true value of Public Cloud. This is a hybrid role where you’ll combine technical insight, delivery leadership, and customer engagement to accelerate cloud adoption. Your focus will be split between identifying opportunities to drive business value for existing customers; through cloud assessments, advisory, and pre-sales, and providing hands-on consultancy services for customers navigating cloud transformation.

You’ll join our growing Public Cloud Delivery team, a group of skilled cloud consultants working side-by-side with customers on exciting and complex projects. With big ambitions ahead, this role is a chance to shape how we deliver value at scale, acting as a cloud enabler who connects strategy with execution, and ensuring smooth handovers to our consultant team for implementation. What you will do:

• Lead and facilitate Public Cloud engagements – from early-stage strategy discussions to active project delivery, continuously driving close customer collaboration.
• Design scalable Public Cloud delivery models, including reusable playbooks, allowing internal teams to engage with multiple customers in parallel.
• Identify existing Orange Business on-prem customers and drive their journey to Public Cloud.
• Support with recruitment and development of our Public Cloud Delivery team – including mentorship, upskilling, and process development.
• Collaborate with our Public Cloud Business Area Manager, Public Cloud Consultants, and our Sales department to shape end-to-end cloud offerings.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Define and implement structured approaches to cloud engagement that are more efficient than traditional on-prem delivery models.
• Meet with customers on-site and collaborate with the team at our Stockholm office, with flexibility for travel as needed.

Who You Are:

• You thrive in front of customers, with strong communication and relationship-building skills that make you a trusted advisor.
• You’re hands-on when needed, yet able to take a strategic view - spotting opportunities where others see complexity.
• You’re proactive and innovative, taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.
• You’re passionate about improving how teams deliver value through Public Cloud, and you actively drive collaboration across functions.
• You’re comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams and customers, acting as the connector who makes things happen.

We would like you to have:

• 5+ years in a senior advisory Public Cloud role (e.g. Solutions Architect, Public Cloud Tech Lead, or similar).
• Solid technical background in Azure. Experience with other hyperscalers (e.g. AWS) is a plus.
• Consulting background with proven pre-sales experience, including customer meetings and scoping challenges.
• Strong business awareness with a track record of leading customer innovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Public Cloud delivery and operational models to accelerate customer value and innovation.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
