Your mission at Sitoo

As a Project Manager at Sitoo you will coordinate the onboarding process for our customers from the initiation to becoming another happy customer utilising our solution to achieve their goals. The objective is to assist the customer in the implementation of Sitoo as part of their ecosystem including customisation settings, integrations, installation, training and most importantly to create a great customer experience.

Our customer onboarding service includes close collaboration with our colleagues in sales and product specialists to coordinate the entire process. You will get the opportunity to be part of and develop our growing Onboarding team, making sure our customers reach their full potential using our solution. Within our practice you'll be working with the latest software and cutting edge technology. We welcome colleagues who thrive on challenges and continuously strive to improve their skills.

What you will do

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.
Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and management.
Take ownership together with retail solution architect to plan, conduct and document the scooping. Meaning that together with customer plan to schedule and conduct the necessary workshops needed to be able to outline a solution description document that is clear on what we need to achieve in the full project.
Make sure Sitoo is configurated correctly. This means to identify configurations based on the set scope and requirements.
Act as a specialist, guide customers in how Sitoo works and how to best utilize Sitoo products.

What you’ll bring to the table

Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
Experience working within complex project environments including parallel implementations of complementary solutions e.g. ERP, CRM, Ecom.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders from both customer
and partner organisations.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
