Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning SE (Milk and Yoghurt) - Solna

Join Arla’s dynamic Supply Chain Planning team and lead transformational change across our Milk & Yoghurt (MY) value chain. This position is based in Solna, Sweden and you report to the Director, Supply Chain Planning MY Local.

How you will make an impact

As Senior Manager SC Planning MY SE, you will lead and develop a high-performing planning team focused on delivering exceptional service and cost efficiency. You will:

• Drive the service and waste dialogue in the Swedish market in close collaboration with Demand Planning.
• Lead the short-term execution (0–8 weeks) of operational supply chain planning across MY SE sites.
• Drive strategic change management initiatives within the supply chain planning landscape.
• Collaborate with tactical planning teams and Supply Chain to ensure optimal inventory and distribution.
• Implement and embed new planning solutions aligned with the E2E Planning Program.
• Represent Sweden in the global MY SC Planning Leadership Team, sharing best practices across markets.
  
  

What will make you successful

We are seeking a passionate leader with a holistic view and dedicated people management skills, strong technical knowledge within FMCG, and a proven track record in planning or wider supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience leading transformational change within a global matrix organisation, focusing on customer centricity, cost optimisation, and digitalisation.

You should possess knowledge of future planning opportunities within supply chain planning, be a strong decision-maker who combines analytical approaches with decisive action, and have the ability to act strategically while being a team player.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage and inspire on a common agenda and interact effectively with other departments, employees, and external vendors and carriers.

This role will require some travel to our sites in the SE supply chain
