Your role
As a Technical Product Owner in our team, you are responsible for our portfolio of Industrial PCs for the manufacturing industry. This is a role with many contacts, since you work cross-functionally in close cooperation with almost all functions in the organization - marketing, quality, other R&D disciplines, production sites, our industry customers, and of course your team colleagues. Focus is to keep our customers’ production resilient, effective, human-centric and sustainable. This is a leading and coordinating role. You handle larger investigations and make technical judgements to solve quality issues at suppliers’ and customers’ sites. Complex technical problem solving is part of your daily work, and one day is like no other.
Some of your responsibilities:
• Handle customer requests and feedback related to our industrial PC portfolio
• Act as the key contact for suppliers and align technical requirements
• Lead, supervise, and support all aspects of industrial PC hardware development from conception to market launch
• Drive continuous improvement across hardware and directly related software components
• Take responsibility for maintaining, implementing, and complying with the Product Change Notification process for the final products
• Support marketing and sales with technical knowledge
• Handle quality issues together with the quality department and external suppliers where required
The role may include worldwide travelling (about 10-14 days per year).

You will need
• Solid experience working with both hardware and software
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field
• Fluency in English
It is beneficial if you also have:
• Knowledge in system installations with hardware, software, configuration and integrations
• Profound knowledge of PC hardware architecture and components
• Familiarity with quality management standards and industry norms
• Experience from customer contacts or supplier contacts and handling Quality Complaints
• Worked with product development and full product lifecycle management

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Stockholm, Sweden (SE).
