Senior Product Owner App

We’re looking for a dedicated Product Owner for App to optimize performance and user experience, driving our mobile platform to its full potential and supporting our digital sales targets. If you're passionate about conversion optimization, personalization, and mobile innovation this role might be the perfect fit for you

Challenges you will work on:

•    Define, prioritize, and manage the initiatives and optimization backlog for app
•    Work with internal stakeholders (ancillaries, UX, analytics, content, loyalty, other) and IT to deliver improvements and new functionalities 
•    Ensure app platform is conversion-optimized, fast, accessible, and scalable
•    In collaboration with the Sr. Product Owner for web, own and manage the relationship with our digital experimentation partner (external), driving the A/B testing roadmap and prioritizing experiments. Use test insights to inform and implement high-impact features and UX improvements.
•    Incorporate AI features with focus in personalization, into product roadmap
•    Ensure seamless and omnichannel experience by working closely with Sr. Product Owner for Web
•    Collaborate with the Digital Campaign & Content Managers to ensure that the website is functional and ready during key campaign periods. 
•    Lead mobile-specific innovations, including push messaging, offline capabilities, and personalization
•    KPIs monitoring and analysis


To be successful, we believe you have:
•    8+ years of experience in product ownership or digital product management, with a strong focus on digital platforms
•    Proven track record of driving conversion optimization, user experience improvements, and commercial outcomes in eCommerce environments
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., UX/UI, developers, data analysts, marketing) in agile/Lean settings
•    Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, using data to inform product decisions
•    Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital sales funnels, and performance metrics (e.g., CVR, AOV, traffic sources)
•    Strong in collaborating with external vendors or tech partners to deliver product improvements
•    Experienced in agile ways of working and iterative delivery
•    Solid knowledge of Lean and Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
•    Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Miro, or similar platforms for project and product management
•    Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
•    Experience working in or with airlines, travel, or other high-transaction-volume industries is a strong plus

•    Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
•    This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
•    To be eligible for this position you need an EU-work permit. Please note that we ask you to inform us if you currently have a valid EU-work permit.
