Key Responsibilities As our new Student Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service execution team with administrative and financial tasks: •Invoicing of service contracts •Creating, closing, and invoicing service jobs •Various ad hoc administrative tasks What We Expect You are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g., business, finance, or administration) •You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently •You have a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn •Experience with administrative tasks or ERP systems is an advantage •Fluent in Danish (English is a plus) Reporting You will report directly to the Controller, Linette Hansen. 📍 Location: Hjulmagervej 4B, Vejle 📅 Start date: As soon as possible 🏢 Employer: Siemens Digital Industries
