Unit Manager - Vehicle test, at TRATON Automated Driving

We’re seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our Vehicle Test Unit (TGRAAV1), a critical team ensuring that our autonomous solutions meet the highest safety and reliability standards.

The Unit provides competence and know-how spanning from strategic questions and test planning to test execution in vehicles.

Are you the manager we're looking for to drive the change in our area?

•    Take the lead in moving the group forward and enabling its capacity to reach our objectives
•    Build strong and motivated teams
•    As a member of the section management group, you help to optimise the flow landscape for the teams with SAFe as the guiding star
•    Collaborate with internal customers and fellow units within Traton

We are looking for a manager who has:

•    a background within function testing and/or development with software in focus
•    a genuine interest in how techniques, processes and methods are integrated to create optimised workflows
•    Experience as a First-line Manager or higher
•    a graduate degree in engineering or equivalent 
•    knowledge of English and Swedish, both in written and spoken form
