We are looking for a service-minded BI Reporting Developer to join our team and help us transform data into actionable insights!

SEB Kort is on a journey transforming our business based on new competition, shifting customer demands as well as new laws and regulations. Do you have a passion for technology, payments, and digital transformation? Do you want to contribute to making SEB Kort more data driven? We are now looking for a BI reporting developer to support and accelerate our Information journey within SEB Kort.

We are transitioning from on-prem to a modern cloud platform, leveraging the latest technologies to enhance our data infrastructure and deliver better insights.

About the role

Your daily work will consist of:

• Develop and maintain SEB Korts BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. (Currently in SAP Business Objects and Tableau) with a focus on long-term sustainability and scalability.

• Deliver fast, actionable insights to support immediate business needs and decision-making.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into specifications.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

• Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for better performance and usability.

• Influence Data Modeling: Participate in shaping how data is modeled for optimal use in BI tools.

• Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports.

• Interest in and experience of BI reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A sense of ownership and responsibility for your work and personal development.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written.

Meriting is:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role could be in a super-user role.

• Knowledge of BI tools (SAP Business Objects, Tableau or other).

• Experience of the banking sector or the payment industry.
