In this role as Marketing Analyst, as part of the Global marketing team, your insights will directly shape strategy and drive growth. You’ll be the analytical backbone of the team, ensuring marketing activity is both data-informed and results-driven. This is a high-impact role, where your analytical and strategic thinking will be pivotal in how we create content, execute media, and drive customer programmes and relationships. 

Your key responsibilities include:  

• Drive weekly, monthly, and annual marketing performance reporting, aligning inputs into clear insight narratives. 
• Ensure data accuracy, from formatting and timeliness to interpretation and storytelling. 
• Provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategy with a proactive and structured mindset. 
• Translate large data sets into clear narratives using visual tools and presentations 
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and actively shape the future of marketing analytics across the department. 

WHO YOU ARE  

We are looking for people with...   

• Around 2–4 years of experience in strategic consulting , marketing analytics, digital marketing, or similar. 
• A bachelors or a Masters degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field 
• Advanced skills in Excel, with experience analysing large datasets 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and juggling multiple inputs from various stakeholders

• Curious, agile and proactive
