System Test Leader (STL) / Product owner

Job Responsibilities

Some of your typical work tasks will be:

• Responsible for setting deadlines and guidelines for the test iteration.
• Assessment of the test needs, evaluate and compile results for each test assignment according to the overall test plan.
• Order and follow-up test runs in HIL, engine cells & vehicle.
• Ensure requirements and needs on test environments are communicated and requested.
• Deliver system test reports with recommendations.

Who you are

You are a natural leader with passion and understanding of agile methodologies. You are goal oriented, delivery focused, value teamwork and openness. You excel in communication and collaboration, always striving to inspire and motivate your team.

You also have a background from embedded SW development/SW testing. You have worked in embedded SW development/testing and have an interest in this type of technical work.

You should be flexible, prestige less, humble, and have a clear communication style. You should have the ability to set up a structure for yourself and the team and act quickly when reprioritization or replanning is needed.

• Proven experience in system testing and development, particularly in Engine Management Systems and Aftertreatment Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of test environments such as HIL, SIL, and vehicle testing.
• Work experience from Traton (Highly merited).

The group consists of test developers, test engineers, scrum master and a manager. We are a group working with system tests to ensure necessary tests for a safe and reliable operation of the engine management system (EMS) and the aftertreatment management system (AMS). We work with many different types and generations of EMS & AMS, both with new development and with continuous improvements (Production updates).
