Job ResponsibilitiesSome of your typical work tasks will be:
You are a natural leader with passion and understanding of agile methodologies. You are goal oriented, delivery focused, value teamwork and openness. You excel in communication and collaboration, always striving to inspire and motivate your team.
You also have a background from embedded SW development/SW testing. You have worked in embedded SW development/testing and have an interest in this type of technical work.
You should be flexible, prestige less, humble, and have a clear communication style. You should have the ability to set up a structure for yourself and the team and act quickly when reprioritization or replanning is needed.

This is usThe group consists of test developers, test engineers, scrum master and a manager. We are a group working with system tests to ensure necessary tests for a safe and reliable operation of the engine management system (EMS) and the aftertreatment management system (AMS). We work with many different types and generations of EMS & AMS, both with new development and with continuous improvements (Production updates).
