Role Summary

Are you a newly graduated Master of Science in Engineering or Business and motivated to start your career in Strategic procurement and sourcing in an international and dynamic environment? Do you want to develop your skills in supplier management, analysis, and procurement while gradually taking on greater responsibilities? Then this is a unique opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

As a Buyer, you will serve as an important support to our Commodity Sourcing Managers. You will gradually take on more responsibility for your own tasks and activities, such as supplier analysis, delivery performance follow-up, managing delivery disruptions, and participating in Sourcing processes.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take personal responsibility for their own development and can demonstrate strong self-leadership in a role where fast pace, complex global collaborations, and challenging negotiations are part of everyday life. The role requires the ability to act professionally and with determination in situations characterized by cultural differences and constant change.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the  managers sourcing in operational work with supplier contacts and follow-ups
• Participate in data analysis and reporting related to deliveries and costs
• Contribute to managing delivery deviations and identifying improvement measures
• Participate in sourcing processes and preparations
• Work closely with teams across different segments/categories to align with strategic initiatives

Who You Are

• Has recently graduated with a Master of Science in Engineering, Business, or equivalent education
• Has a strong drive to grow and the ability to take initiative in a changing environment
• Is analytical, structured, and has a solution-oriented mindset
• Can communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written (Swedish is a plus)
• Thrives in a high-paced environment with complex challenges and maintains a confident and goal-oriented approach
• Has the ability to navigate global and culturally diverse contexts
