We offer you
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid digital media across all markets and brands within the Kappahl Group. You will develop tactical full-funnel plans, coordinate content production, and ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals. You are driven by data-based customer insights and constantly seek opportunities, both in market specific conditions as well as the media- & marketing landscape. Your work will directly contribute to driving traffic to both physical stores and online platforms while strengthening our brands.

You will also play a key role in evolving our digital media strategy by actively exploring and embracing new developments in platforms, tools, and AI.
This role calls for a creative and analytical mindset, a strong understanding of customer behavior and branding, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

You will collaborate closely with our digital media agency, e-commerce, in-house production, commercial, and IT teams to ensure our digital marketing efforts are effective, customer-centric, and aligned with our brand values.

Your profile
We are seeking you who have:

  • A university degree or equivalent higher education in digital marketing.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.

·Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of paid digital marketing, with social media as a core component.

·Facilitate channel-adapted content using data-driven customer insights, combined with a solid understanding of customer, branding and business objectives.

·Experience working in or with global e-commerce companies, fashion retailer brands, or consumer products.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
