Workplace Lead

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional workplace experiences and leading a high-performing front desk team? We are currently seeking a Workplace Lead to join our Workplace Experience department. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations at the front desk as well as broader workplace functions throughout the office.

About the role

As Workplace Lead, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide an excellent first impression for all visitors, clients, and employees. You will lead, coach, and support the reception team, while continuously working to maintain and develop the quality of service and hospitality at Nordnet. A key part of your role is to uphold a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, ensuring it aligns with our brand and culture.

You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Workplace Experience on departmental strategy, recruitment, and operational improvements.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the reception team, ensuring smooth and professional front desk operations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members.
  • Ensure all reception and public-facing areas are consistently well-presented and aligned with Nordnet’s standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head of Workplace Experience on departmental planning and staffing.
  • Manage and maintain supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
  • Oversee catering services and lead the planning and execution of both internal and external events.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in front desk, office, or workplace management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Service-minded with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a structured and service-oriented manner.
  • Confident using digital tools and platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, etc.)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
