As our Innovation Project Leader, you’ll be at the center of these efforts—coordinating and facilitating cross-functional teams to transform bold ideas into meaningful, health-forward products. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver nutritious, sustainable, and innovative food to consumers.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional innovation projects
• Closely together with the innovation manager push early ideas and concepts further through to commercialization, identify viability of ideas and facilitate decisions related to brands, categories or partnerships
• Bring together diverse stakeholders to ensure projects reflect multiple perspectives and expertise
• Support Innovation Manager in the early phase
• Collaborate closely with the Innovation Manager and work together with colleagues from different departments and countries
• Take concepts into our gate process, facilitating decisions, make innovation happen
• Set clear goals and deadlines, keep projects on track, and help teams deliver their best
• Balance different priorities and viewpoints with strong communication
• Find creative solutions where no clear path exists and adapt quickly to change
• Develop and present compelling business cases to guide decision-making
• Take ownership and be a champion and super user for our innovation process

Your Profile

We believe you are passionate about making a difference in food, health, and nutrition, ideally with hands-on experience in these areas. As a project leader, you challenge existing ways of working and drive initiatives forward, always with a strong focus on the business perspective. To succeed in this role, you bring approximately 5–7 years of experience in innovation or brand management, working as a Project Leader or in a similar capacity. We are looking for someone who is:

• Naturally structured and organized, able to bring clarity to complex projects
• Experienced in coordinating teams and managing product development initiatives
• An empathetic and inclusive facilitator, skilled at building trust and engagement
• A strong communicator who values collaboration and diversity
• Business-minded, with the ability to develop and analyze business cases
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with international cooperation
• Comfortable facilitating work shops
