Project Coordination Intern | CRM Communication

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and hands-on new team member to join Polestar’s CRM Communication team as a Project Coordination Intern. You have a passion for customer experience, a curiosity for data-driven communication, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. 


The opportunity

As a Project Coordination Intern within the CRM Communication team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting global customer communication and engagement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of customer journey design, content development, and event coordination in a fast-paced, innovative automotive environment.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting direct customer communication during global events—both via email and in person—ensuring a premium experience that reflects Polestar’s brand values.

This internship is based at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden and it will last until the end of this year, 2025. 


The responsibilities

As a Project Coordination Intern, your main role is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CRM communication projects and customer engagement activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Event Coordination Support: Assist in planning and executing a global customer event at Polestar HQ, including managing customer interactions via email and on-site support.
  • Translation Management: Coordinate translation processes for CRM communications across markets, ensuring timely delivery and quality control in collaboration with local teams.
  • Customer Insights & Analysis: Analyze customer support data and FAQs to identify recurring issues and support the development of onboarding and ownership communication.
  • Content Development Support: Assist in drafting and reviewing customer journey content and commercial newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand tone and customer needs.

The ideal candidate

You are a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong interest in customer communication and global brand experience. You’re eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Your qualifications include:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Data Analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Strong interest in understanding customer needs and enhancing the customer journey through thoughtful communication.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using digital tools; experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
