Software engineer - Telecom

About the Role

We are currently looking for system-focused engineers to join our teams. You’ll contribute to early-phase feature development through simulations and studies that influence the future of 5G New Radio. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work close to system architecture, using simulation-driven insights to guide design.

You’ll collaborate with system design, software, and verification teams, and can specialize in one of two tracks—Layer 1 (PHY) or Layer 2 (MAC/RLC/PDCP)—depending on your motivation and background.

Who You Are

We’re looking for developers with a telecommunications background to join our growing team—whether you’re just starting your career or bring deep domain expertise. This is a chance to work at the forefront of wireless technology, influencing the evolution of 5G and shaping what's next.

You’ll be involved in development efforts ranging from early-stage simulations and technical studies to implementation and system-level integration. Your work will directly impact feature design and performance across multiple radio layers.

Depending on your skills and interest, you can focus on areas such as:

Layer 1 (L1) – Physical Layer: Understanding of signal processing, modulation/demodulation, MIMO, beamforming, and understanding of the radio interface.

Layer 2 (L2) – Data Link Layer: Understanding of MAC, RLC, and PDCP sublayers with good knowledge of scheduling, HARQ, segmentation etc.

We use tools and languages like C, C++, Python, and MATLAB to bring ideas to life. You'll collaborate with system architects, software engineers, and verification specialists in an environment that values clarity, autonomy, and technical excellence.
