About the role:

Managing and maintaining Progress OE databases, ensuring their optimal performance and compliance with security and other relevant regulations.

The position requires occasional on-call support outside of regular business hours

Your responsibilities will include:

Progress OE database deployment and maintenance activities, monitoring, performance optimization and capacity planning
Collaboration with application developers and system administrators
Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in database administration.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Relevant professional experience in Progress OE database administration area, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Good in speaking and writing in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
