App Development Manager

Right now, we need to strengthen our Application team with an App Development Manager who will focus on the leadership of our talented development team and cooperate with global stakeholders to ideate, prototype, develop & deliver great applications for our customers.

What you’ll do:

Your responsibility is to lead, coach and create the conditions the team needs to be able to contribute to the success of the company, through smooth and effective deliveries in projects in a sustainable way. You will drive the development of our application through continuous improvement, being on top of industry trends and setting standards with the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and build a strong application development team, set goals, lead performance review, competence development and salary discussions
• Manage application development and delivery towards projects together with the Application Delivery Manager.
• Foster ongoing cross-functional partnerships with UX/UI design, Software QA, and firmware-embedded development teams to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously explore and experiment with new approaches to improve processes and team workflows.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• People management experience with a focus on team development and growth , including fostering psychological safety to enable trust & open communication.
• Experience building inclusive, high-performing teams in software development environments
• Track record of establishing effective development processes and practices
• Understanding of mobile development ecosystems and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, iterative delivery, etc...)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Structured approach to planning and execution while adapting to changing priorities
