Job Summary

We are currently looking for a talented Design Developer who will be translating customer artwork and intent to a repro order following the guidelines and Tetra Pak specifications, satisfying customer and productivity demands. You will be engaging with customers on a regular basis and provide instructions and support to drive quality and consistency in artwork creation. 

 

The position is a permanent role, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

  • Provide instructions and guidance to convert customer artwork files to production ready files
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales and marketing teams internally
  • Follow instructions and agreed work procedures according to the repro process
  • Ensure that all Tetra Pak specifications are respected and followed
  • Participate in improvement activities with the Design Hub
  • Drive productivity through WCM methodology and tools

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Experience or knowledge in Design handling
  • Good understanding of packaging material printing specifications 
  • Good Repro knowledge / Experience
  • Strong WCM knowledge or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proactive and pragmatic attitude with a strong hands-on, getting-things-done mentality
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, Swedish language knowledge is an advantage
