Operation Manager to Erinion

Your role
As an Operation Manager, you play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime for our customers, with a focus on charging solutions. You will coordinate and secure the delivery of maintenance, software and firmware upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities across various locations within your region.

You will also be responsible for setting up and integrating centrally agreed support processes for depot charging in your market. This includes close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as product management, procurement, sales, and suppliers of charging equipment and services.



Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the escalation point for contractors and customers when technical issues arise
  • Coordinate on-site technical activities related to installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of charging infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis, both remotely and occasionally on-site
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant stakeholders
  • Plan, organize, and execute your own technical activities
  • Document all actions and findings in the relevant support systems
  • Support onboarding and training of customer teams after new installations
  • Act as the main operational contact for the customer
  • Provide technical support to the sales and deployment teams

 

Your Profile
We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. You take pride in delivering high-quality support, enjoy solving problems independently, and are motivated by being part of the shift towards renewable energy and e-Mobility. With a proactive mindset and strong communication skills, you contribute to both effective customer support and a strong team dynamic.

  • A background as a technician in the electrical engineering field; field-based work is a plus
  • Experience with low- and medium voltage electrical systems
  • Experience in technical customer support
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license (type B)
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
