As our new Global Brand Manager Arla Pro SE you will be responsible to drive the development of the Arla Pro brand in the SE market and you will be an instrumental player in building the Future of Dairy in Foodservice.
You will be working very closely with the Foodservice Marketing Head for SE and the SE Foodservice Marketing Team. You will also be a part of the Global Arla Pro Brand team, being part of the Brand, Sustainability and Core Portfolio team in Central Foodservice, and you will collaborate with the other Brand Managers to bring to life ONE Arla Pro brand across the different markets, with scale and seamless coordination.
The role is based in Stockholm, SE.
In this position as Global Brand Manager Arla Pro SE you will be reporting to the Arla Pro Brand, Sustainability and Core Portfolio Director and you will work in close collaboration with the Head of Foodservice Marketing in SE. You will be working closely also with Global Senior Brand Manager Arla Pro and the Brand Team of market-dedicated Global Arla Pro Brand Managers. You will work to develop, drive and lead the Arla Pro Global Brand in SE, building its equity and salience though effective communication campaigns and consistent Brand guidelines.
How you will make an impact
You will build and develop a strong, distinct and consistent Arla Pro brand in SE for the target audience of professional chefs. You will lead the production of selected Global Campaigns for the Arla Pro brand and products -in order to build Brand Awareness and Meaning and to drive Leads and Conversions (to be activated in Sweden and across other markets). You will adapt and execute in the SE market the centrally developed communication assets and collateral online and offline for the Arla Pro brand. Furthermore you will develop and coordinate the local Marketing Activation plan for Arla Pro and Local Jewels. Lead key local brand building activities and campaigns for Arla Pro, online or offline
You will manage all Arla Pro non channel specific trade shows, fairs, events and sponsorships, including local concepts that are driving the Arla Pro brand and all Arla Pro PR for SE like Chef of the Year. Adapt/develop local Digital Content on Arla Pro and work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimize and improve content based on analytics and learnings -including communication strategy & content development for own platforms in SE (website, Instagram etc). You will own and activate the Sustainability strategy for Arla Pro in SE, including activations, communication, campaigns, customer newsletters and events
What will make you successful
Your leadership skills will be your key to success in this position. You are able to and experienced with working in large matrix organizations, where you effectively influence and motivate others.
Your CV includes experience from building global brands, leading communication campaign production for international brands and managing creative agencies. Needless to say, you have a strong commercial understanding (past experience from markets could be an asset). You have a holistic and strategic approach to your tasks and great collaboration skills. You are a strong leader and able to drive a visionary agenda and to effectively influence and deliver results in a matrix organization
