Role Summary

In this position you will be reporting to our Strategic Service Manager.

Job responsibilities

• Shape and lead the Global Collection & Finance Communities together with your BSO colleagues, the Heads of Departments at TFS and local market stakeholders
• Be a change agent, with focus on business processes, focusing on:
• Purchase order to payment
• Invoice to collection
• Delinquency handling
• In life contract changes
• Cash management operations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to design and implement transformative financial solutions that support TRATON's ambitious strategy
• Drive the solution design by:
• Applying strategic direction of the business
• Identify and document market needs and business opportunities as clear requirements
• Work with test teams to ensure quality of deliverables
• Support rollout to markets
• Support the implementation of our common set up
• Manage and set scope of initiatives and projects
• Work closely with other program resources to deliver on time and in budget
• Manage a backlog of future potential initiatives

Who you are

You have the capability to evaluate business needs, prioritise and translate into technical deliverables in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You are a collaborative team player and you are confident leading virtual teams and resources across our brands and with our service providers.

You also have:

• Proven leadership skills to build confidence and drive change by aligning stakeholders and driving adoption, ideally within larger enterprises
• Knowledge and experience within digital solutions for managing financial services, including working with outsourced solutions
• Excellent communication skills to build momentum and trust towards the process and solutions being built over time
• Can-do attitude and adaptability to change
• Fluency in English (essential)
• A good overall understanding of market needs within a financial services organization (bonus)
