Process Owner - Operational Resilience testing & ICT Lifecycle

About the role
As the Process Owner for Operational Resilience Testing & ICT Lifecycle, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing comprehensive resilience testing activities for ICT systems, particularly those supporting critical or important functions. You'll also act as the system manager for our system inventory, maintaining the organization's inventory of ICT and information assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking applicable regulations into account, maintain, continuously assess, and improve the resilience testing program for ICT systems, primarily (but not limited to) those supporting critical or important functions.
• In conjunction with System Owners and System Managers, develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive end-to-end resilience testing procedures for ICT systems that support essential or significant functions.
• Analyze and assess conducted tests, ensuring identified action items are followed up on and managed.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of ICT assets used within the organization. This includes assessing their criticality, dependencies, and managing their lifecycle, including tracking end-of-support/extended support dates and identifying legacy systems.
• Collaborate with Business Continuity Manager to ensure processes related to the resilience testing program and system inventory align with internal processes within the BCM Framework such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing ICT testing programs.
• Solid understanding of various testing types, including functional and business continuity testing.
• Strong expertise in relevant regulations such as DORA, EBA, FFFS, etc.
• Experience with ICT asset management, including inventory, classification, and lifecycle tracking.
• Experience in coordinating activities across internal teams and third parties.
