Kappahl Group are looking for a business-driven HR Business Partner to make a true impact together with our amazing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional – ready to make an impact across the full HR spectrum, from local initiatives to global strategies.
We offer you
As a HR Business Partner at Kappahl Group, you will work close to business, being a part of one or more management teams at our headquarters.
You will work strategically and operatively within the whole field of HR, for example business development, support to managers, recruitment, competence management, employment law and work environment. You will develop strategies, policies, digital processes, and tools. In your role you will be system owner for our recruitment system and will take ownership for our global recruitment process. You will be a part of the HR and Communication team and will report to HR Manager Kappahl Group.
Your profile
You have a relevant academic degree within HR or similar, and at least five years of experience from similar roles. You have experience of working with a consultative approach towards manager and contributing to management teams. You work proactive and are good at identifying needs and developing effective solutions.
You work business-oriented and can understand and analyse the requirements and challenges faced by the organization and together with the team create innovative and practical solutions that drive overall efficiency. You have an “outside-in” perspective and you know how to take a strategy from idea to fully implemented routine, both locally and globally.
You communicate clearly and efficiently in both English and Swedish and have been working in an international context.
